Laser Screen
Each color is applied to the metal, using a silkscreen process, similar to the way a design is applied to a t-shirt. A very thin Epoxy coating protects the color material from scratching.
Prices include the die mold and up to six colors. Addtional colors past 6 may be purchased for a one time only flat fee of $25.00 per color to cover the cost of the silkscreen die mold for that color, plus each additional color past 6 will add 15¢ per pin to the posted pin price.
